Use The Serum for sixty days from the day it arrives. If it has not earned its place on your shelf, write to us and we return your money in full. No forms designed to wear you down. No partial refunds and no restocking language. Sixty days is long enough to judge a serum honestly. We would rather refund a bottle than argue about one.
Independently safety assessed.
Before a single unit is sold, the formula is assessed by an independent qualified safety assessor and registered under UK cosmetics regulation. The full Product Information File covering the formula, the testing and the evidence is maintained and held for inspection for as long as the product is supplied. This is done because the law demands it. It is documented because you deserve to know it was.
Batch by batch, on the record.
Every batch is made in London in small numbered runs. Raw material lots, pH readings and clarity checks are recorded at manufacture and the record is retained for ten years. A reference sample from every batch stays on our shelf. If you ever ask about your bottle, we can tell you the day it was made and everything that went into it.
Nothing undisclosed.
The full ingredient list is published at launch. Every active is named and its concentration stated. Nothing is added to lengthen the list and nothing hides inside a complex we will not explain.
